Some of the guys here are great! Some of them not so much. Had to deal with a very snotty young man who was patronizing and unwilling to help. After ordering a part for a promised price, returning to the store to pick up said part, discovered it was no longer there. The young man said he would re-order the part, refused to look up any history on the part, refused to give me the part for the original quoted price, refused to figure out why or who gave me a much different price before. Told me I didn't spend enough money in the store. Basically a typical advance auto experience which maybe is why I don't spend enough money there. Also, why would they take my phone number and other info and not call me to say the part had arrived or at the least, call to let me know they were going to send it back. Lazy. Go to O'reilly's on 23d street if you actually need help and not just an oil filter. Feedback: Better training of employee's and not set them up so that one employee is able to fix a certain price for whatever reason and then another employee come along and not know what the customer is talking about as though they are trying to scam you guys. Also, if you are going to send something back a customer has ordered either call them or tell them at the time of ordering that they should go ahead and pay for it at the time of ordering... That just seems obvious but it did not happen.
